Day 01 – Airport ➝ Dambulla ➝ Sigiriya
(Arrival is expected in the morning)
- Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, guests will be warmly welcomed by our Sri Discovery Travels representative.
- Proceed directly towards Sigiriya via Dambulla.
- En route, visit the magnificent Dambulla Cave Temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site), home to centuries-old murals and sacred Buddha statues carved into rock caves.
- Evening at leisure to relax and unwind after your journey.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3-4 star hotel in Sigiriya.

Day 02 – Sigiriya
- Begin the day with an early morning climb of the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site), often referred to as the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” offering breathtaking panoramic views.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast.
- Embark on a guided Sigiriya village tour, a curated cultural experience showcasing Sri Lanka’s rural heritage, traditional farming practices, and timeless village life.
- Later, relax with an authentic Ayurveda spa session at the hotel.
- In the evening, enjoy a unique Jungle BBQ experience, dining under the stars surrounded by nature.

Day 03 – Sigiriya ➝ Matale ➝ Kandy
- After breakfast, proceed to Kandy via Matale.
- En route, visit a traditional Spice Garden in Matale, where you will learn about Sri Lanka’s aromatic spices and herbal remedies.
- Continue with a visit to a Gem & Jewellery workshop, showcasing the island’s world-renowned sapphires and craftsmanship.
- In the evening, visit the sacred Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, one of the most important Buddhist shrines in the world.
- Enjoy a vibrant traditional Cultural Dance Show, featuring Kandyan drumming and fire performances.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3-4 star hotel in Kandy.

Day 04 – Kandy
- After breakfast, visit one or two of the following based on your preference:
- Udawattekele Forest Reserve for a guided nature walk through this serene forest sanctuary.
- Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens, famous for its orchids and towering palms.
- Visit the Kandy View Point for panoramic city views.
- Evening at leisure to explore the charming lakeside city.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3-4 star hotel in Kandy.

Day 05 – Kandy ➝ Kitulgala ➝ Nuwara Eliya
- After breakfast, proceed to Kitulgala.
- Experience an exciting White Water Rafting adventure on the Kelani River, suitable for beginners and adventure seekers alike.
- In the evening, continue to Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka’s cool-climate hill-country retreat.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3–4-star hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 06 – Nuwara Eliya ➝ Ella
- After breakfast, visit a picturesque tea estate and factory, where you will learn about the art of Ceylon tea-making and enjoy an interactive tea-plucking experience amidst misty landscapes.
- Thereafter, proceed to Nanu Oya Railway Station to board the world-famous scenic train journey to Ella. Guests must arrive around 11:30 a.m. Train services are subject to availability, operational conditions, and national circumstances, as seats are limited and schedules may change.
- Upon arrival in Ella, transfer to the hotel.
- Evening at leisure to relax and enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere of this laid-back hill town.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3–4-star hotel in Ella.

Day 07 – Ella ➝ Udawalawe
- After breakfast, enjoy one or two of the following experiences depending on time and guest preference:
- Ella Swing – a thrilling photo stop with panoramic hill-country views.
- Ella Green Grow Cooking Class – a hands-on Sri Lankan culinary experience using fresh local ingredients.
- Ravana Odyssey Double Decker Bus Tour (subject to availability) – a relaxed sightseeing experience covering Ella’s highlights.
- Thereafter, proceed to Udawalawe through scenic countryside.
- En route, stop at a beautiful waterfall viewpoint for photos and refreshment.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3-4 star hotel in Udawalawe.

Day 08 – Udawalawe ➝ Mirissa / Weligama
- Embark on an early morning Jeep safari in Udawalawe National Park, renowned for its large herds of wild elephants and rich birdlife.
- Return to the hotel for breakfast and freshening up.
- Continue the journey to Sri Lanka’s stunning southern coast.
- Arrive in Mirissa or Weligama and check in to your beachside hotel.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3-4 star hotel in Mirissa / Weligama.

Day 09 & Day 10 – Beach Adventure & Relaxation
- Enjoy two full days at leisure by the Indian Ocean, perfect for relaxation, swimming, or soaking up the tropical atmosphere.
- Optional excursions:
- Madu River Eco Safari – a tranquil boat ride through mangrove forests and island ecosystems.
- Whale Watching in Mirissa (seasonal) – an opportunity to spot blue whales, sperm whales, and playful dolphins.

Day 11 – Weligama / Mirissa ➝ Colombo
- After breakfast, proceed to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant commercial capital.
- Enjoy a guided Colombo City Tour covering:
- Independence Square
- Port City – Colombo’s modern oceanfront development
- Galle Face Green – a lively seaside promenade
- Lunch at the iconic Lotus Tower, offering panoramic city views.
- Enjoy a shopping experience at One Galle Face Mall, ODEL, Kandy, and House of Fashions.
- Dinner and Overnight stay in a 3–4-star hotel in Colombo.

Day 12 – Departure
- After breakfast, transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure, carrying unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka’s heritage, adventure, wildlife, and tropical beauty
